Chrysos Golden Retrievers

Chrysos Golden Retrievers is located in the lovely Pacific Northwest in Vancouver Washington.

We are dedicated to promoting healthy, beautiful, versatile Golden Retrievers that excel in Conformation and are equally at home in Obedience, Hunting, or just hanging out with the family.

Our Goldens are known for their outgoing personalities with an emphasis on stable, eager to please temperaments. All of the dogs in our breeding program have OFA Hip, Elbow and Heart clearances and have been cleared also by a Veterinary ophthalmologist for hereditary eye problems.

I am unable to keep a large number of dogs, one or two at a time is the max for me. And showing dogs is an expensive hobby. I keep the best I produce and breed only occasionally when I can keep a puppy. So you can be sure we have researched and planned our breedings carefully, sometimes for years before we actually have a litter.

Currently I breed very seldom. I work closely with Debbie Berry of Sunshine Goldens and Leslie Blythe and Mark Wilkinson, of Mariah Golden Retrievers. Debbie and Leslie have been kind enough to share some of their dogs with me and together we work towards improving the health and temperaments of our breed.
